So I've gotten the hang of it. The 1st one is the hardest to do consistently. The ones off the ladders are pretty easy. In case I miss the 1st one I still found a backup that let's me skip the up and down section.

Crazy, just looked it up. I will definitely have to learn that in Wily stage! Will be a decent time save. Thanks for the heads up.
